Orders & pricing — All orders are subject to designer acceptance. Prices exclude GST unless stated; GST, shipping and premium packaging are shown at checkout. We may cancel orders affected by a pricing, tax or technical error and will refund any payment made.
Payment
- Ready-to-Ship (RTS): full payment at order.
- Made-to-Measure (MTM): 50% at order to confirm; the remaining 50% once the seller marks it ready to ship. Delivery happens only after the balance is paid.
All payments are processed through secure partners.
Shipping — Delivery timelines are shown per product. RTS items dispatch within the stated timeline; MTM items dispatch once production is complete. Dates are indicative and may vary; we'll keep you informed of any delay. Customers pay 33% of shipping and premium packaging; Label'D and the designer split the rest.
