About us — Label'D is a curated marketplace connecting customers with independent designer brands across India. We handle discovery, payments, logistics, support and quality checks; each designer remains responsible for the products they design, make and fulfil.
Using the platform — You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent). Keep your account details and measurements accurate and your credentials confidential. Don't misuse the platform or abuse returns, refunds or alterations — we may suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse.
SMS authentication — Label'D uses SMS-based one-time passwords (OTPs) to verify user identity and facilitate account login. Users receive SMS messages only after entering their mobile number and requesting a verification code through the Label'D application. These messages are transactional in nature and are not used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
Products — We show colours, fabrics and embellishments as accurately as we can, but slight variations can occur due to photography, screens and the handcrafted nature of designer products.
Intellectual property — All content on Label'D (logos, text, graphics, software, images, designs) belongs to Label'D or the respective designer and may not be used without written permission.
Liability — To the extent permitted by law, Label'D isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability never exceeds the value of the order in question.
Changes & law — We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
